Cancellation conditions

As we are an ordering practice, binding appointments are made. Should it be necessary to cancel an appointment, please let us know in good time.

Cancellation of treatments:

For appointments from Tuesday to Friday, cancelation is required at least 24 hours before the agreed time.

For appointments that take place on a Monday, the cancellation must be made by Friday, 12:00 noon at the latest.

In the event of late cancellation, a flat-rate cancellation fee of 30% of the treatment price will be charged if the patient is responsible for the cancellation.

In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, compensation amounting to 100% of the treatment price will be due if the no-show is due to the fault of the patient.

Cancellation of "Basentage Plus" / fasting cure according to Buchinger:

In the event of cancellation, the following fees will be charged:

Cancellation up to 30 calendar days before arrival: 10 % of the total costs

Cancellation up to 14 calendar days before arrival: 30 % of the total costs

Cancellation up to 4 calendar days before arrival: 50 % of the total costs

Cancellation from 3 calendar days or less before arrival: 75 % of the total costs

In the event of early departure during the stay: 100% of the total cost

If a replacement person takes over the booked service, the cancellation fee will be waived.

General information

Cancellations must be made in text form or in writing and can only be accepted during our office hours (Mon-Fri, 8.00-18.00). If a cancellation is made outside these hours, it will be deemed to have been received on the next working day.

The amount of compensation for loss shall be calculated taking into account the typical loss incurred, including expenses saved and the possibility of making another appointment. The patient reserves the right to prove that no or significantly less damage has been incurred.

If a cancellation or no-show is due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, the obligation to pay compensation for the cancellation shall lapse.
